Course Outcomes

• Grasp advanced grammar particles and verbs, making the intricate aspects of Japanese easier to understand.

Reading Skills

Students will be capable of reading various materials, including newspaper articles, commentaries, and critiques, comprehending their content and understanding the authors‘ intent.

Listening Skills

Students will learn to comprehend conversations and news reports delivered at nearly natural speed in everyday contexts, enabling them to follow the flow of ideas and understand relationships among speakers.

Course Support

TLS provides comprehensive lesson content, including kanji worksheets, a series of tests, and active conversation classes. Students also benefit from smart class support, cultural activities, an in-house library for self-study, and access to a digital library for JLPT preparation.

Advanced Communication

This course empowers students to read and write speeches, converse fluently in advanced Japanese, and handle detailed emails, complaints, and apologies effectively. Students will be well-prepared to take the N2 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT/NAT).
