TLS Japanese Language Institute - Pricing Policy

At TLS Japanese Language Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality language education. To ensure transparency and consistency, we have structured our pricing policy as follows:

Pricing Structure

Each language level at TLS is priced at 20,000. This fee covers the following:

  • Course Materials: Textbooks, workbooks, and supplementary resources.
  • Instructors: Highly qualified and experienced native-speaking instructors.
  • Classroom Access: Full access to the TLS campus and facilities.
  • Student Support: Dedicated academic support and guidance throughout your course.

Levels Offered

Our Japanese language program is divided into several levels based on your proficiency:

  • Beginner Level
  • Intermediate Level
  • Advanced Level

Payment Terms

  • Fee per Level: 20,000
  • Payment Due: Full payment is required before the start of each level.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, or credit card.

Discounts and Promotions

  • Early Bird Discount: Register and pay for your course at least two weeks in advance and receive a 5% discount on the total fee.
  • Group Discount: A 10% discount is available for groups of 3 or more students registering for the same level together.
  • Referral Discount: Refer a friend to TLS and both you and your friend will receive a 5% discount on your next course level.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Refund requests made within 7 days of the course start date will be eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellations: In case of cancellation before the start of the course, students will be refunded as per the terms mentioned above. No refunds will be issued after the course has begun.

Additional Fees

  • Certification Fee: A nominal fee may apply if students wish to receive a completion certificate at the end of each level.
  • Extra Classes or Tutoring: Optional one-on-one tutoring sessions are available at an additional cost of 5,000 per hour.
